By unlocking valuable insights from sales, RevMap powers the best product and roadmap decisions, based on actionable customer and market feedback. We gamify and capture collaboration in Slack and other workflows, make product and roadmap insights easily discoverable for sales teams, and help companies reward product teams for their contribution to sales success.

What you will do

Act as interface between our company and our customers and support daily operations of RevMap

Learn and work closely with the founder / CEO to build RevMap's business. Join the founder on prospect and customer calls to showcase RevMap to prospects across the US and EMEA

You will get exposure to many aspects of our operations and will help setting up our customer success function

Assist on customer onboardings and coming up with improvements in the customer experience

Conducting user research sessions, working closely with the product team to remove friction for our customers

Assisting on operations functions for our early team, including onboarding / off-boarding, visa-related requests, payroll. You won't have to do all of this yourself - we have external partners who are assisting us on these topics who you'll liaise with

What we are looking for

3+ years of professional work experience, ideally in a customer facing or operations role

You enjoy building relationships, quickly grasp client challenges and come-up with creative solutions

You have a commercial mindset, are customer oriented and enjoy delivering tangible business results

Ability to interface with product teams, experience with user research, product development or customer onboardings a plus

Strong communication skills and attention to detail
